Oh, so much to do and so little time! I rushed around at work today, training my temp replacement, trying to wrap up loose ends so that I can take 3 days off. But now it's over, and my last fun thing is Book Club tonight at our place.
As soon as I bought this blazer - last seen here with a monochromatic yellow head-to-toe look - I knew it would look fabulous with this skirt.
here in June, right down to my accessories. Swap out the yellow cardigan for a jacket; swap the red thin sweater for a camisole. Same thing.
Let's tally up this thrifted outfit :
Total: $54.95 for the whole outfit! Wow, that's pretty good.
here in June with this same skirt and pin/earrings.
Blazer (Holt Renfrew, thrifted), cami (Mexx), skirt (no label, thrifted), shoes (Circa Joan & David, thrifted), pin/earrings (vintage 70s, Sarah Coventry, thrifted).
I missed my bus this morning because Vizzini was so darned cute.

|"It is I, fierce Vizzini! Destroyer of moths and defender of the home!"|
I hope you all have a great weekend. I'll be back for "Visible Monday".
Have a fabulous time Sheila!!!ReplyDelete
LOVE THIS OUTFIT!!! The jacket is just amazing with that skirt!!
Aw Officer Vizzini is just so handsome!!
Another great outfit, Sheila, and I love the pin and earrings. The little white beard on Vizzini's chin is just too cute.ReplyDelete
Love this summery, bright outfit Sheila. That skirt is still one of my favourites! Thanks for your comment this week. You gotta go to Ucluelet/Tofino!!! xxReplyDelete
You're right, the jacket works perfectly with the skirt, a lovely outfit. Even lovelier for being all thrifted!ReplyDelete
Vizzini always looks super-alert and ready for action, those moths better watch out! xxxx
Love the colours in this outfit - yellow goes so well with that skirt :)ReplyDelete
I'd miss the bus too when faced with such a cute kitty, Vizzini is adorable.
I love the skirt and will now mentally refer to it as the 'Dexter skirt' from now on :-DReplyDelete
Another excellent look for that awesome blazer - Dexter skirt. :) Love your jewelry set and Vizzini's asymmetrical eyebrows.ReplyDelete
Love that yellow jacket! Hope you have a lovely mini-vacation. Kiss on the head to Vizzini xoReplyDelete
Enjoy your long weekend, Sheila! You know that Vizzini wants you to miss yor bus every day? He is Too Cute. I am so pleased when I can make a whole thrifted/charity shop outfit. And you've reminded me to look at slips in charity shops again!ReplyDelete
Hello Vizzini!! Love him!ReplyDelete
Have a great weekend!
That jacket is awesome! Your whole outfit is wonderful but I love that jacket. The collar is amazing. :-)ReplyDelete
Wow that's pretty neat - you've got a great eye for spotting things at the thrift store - an entire outfit for a little over 50.00 sounds really good.ReplyDelete
Gets me wondering if you ever check cost per wear on items.
Oooh that jacket looks perfect with that skirt! The brooches are an amazing splashy match for the print too.ReplyDelete
Hello Mr. Vizz! I've missed you on my screen, pretty kitty.
Gah--I love the cut of the neckline on this jacket. If it were mine, I'd be experimenting with it against a charcoal gray dress or skirt.ReplyDelete
