Black and Red

Black wide-leg pants and matching cotton jacket (Plum), jungle print wrap top (Jacob), red ribbed tank (Plum) and patent red slingbacks with kitten heel (Aldo), big real gold hoop earrings (5th anniversary gift from L).

Not my favourite outfit - it was a last-minute pick this morning, and I got lazy. I wanted to wear a red jacket, but it didn't go with what I'd selected last night, so I ended up wearing this suit. It doesn't really look very suit-ish, does it?

I like the top combo with the pants, but it's too cold in my office not to wear a jacket. I tried a taupe cropped swing jacket, but it felt like too much fullness with the wide legs of the pants.

I love these shoes (they have red polka dots inside!), but I destroyed my heels with them when I got them last fall (summer clearance - $19.99). I guess in retrospect it was stupid to walk home from town in them (if I recall, I was drunk and there were no cabs).

That's Inigo on the right side of the picture. He's jumped up on the boxed up sink-top (we are renovating our bathroom soon). Nice ass, cat.
