I love this Kate Spade houndstooth wrap skirt.
It's a very thick woven wool fabric. I am a sucker for pleats.

I had the jacket on for part of the day, whenever I got chilly.
I've worn the jacket with the skirt before, and the jacket with the boots before, but this is the first time they've all been worn together.

What a great statement necklace! I love the outfit you've built around it!
ReplyDeleteI just love those boots. Can’t wait to see what outfits you build around them in spring! This outfit whetted the spring longing, for sure. Very refreshing!
ReplyDeleteLove your pink and green combination Sheila. I can just imagine how much fun you will have styling outfits around those glorious boots.
ReplyDeleteI have somehow gotten out of organising my outfits for the week now that I am not working very much but need to get back to the habit and it was fun and made me more imaginative.
I like how you got inspired by the necklace and I really like how you wore all the different pinks so well! :)
ReplyDeleteI need to spend some more time outfit planning in my wardrobe - I have so many things to wear and ideas in my head but often when it comes down to it I'm rushing around trying to get ready - it's always easier in the mornings when I have planned out what I want to wear rather than a vague idea!
I love hounds tooth, but I'll leave the length to you- I don't have the legs for it. The necklace is impressively fun to use as your starting point.
ReplyDeleteLike you, I enjoy starting outfits with a single piece (like a necklace) and building on them. This skirt is very attractive.
ReplyDeleteThose boots, those boots, I love those boots!
ReplyDeleteI love having a play around in my wardrobe, too. You're right, it IS self care! xxx
That's such an uplifting outfit, Sheila! I love how you built it around the necklace. That skirt is very cute, and there are simply no words to describe how absolutely fabulous those boots are!
ReplyDeleteI've been playing around with my wardrobe, putting together outfits for the week ahead on a Sunday as well. Self care is so important! xxx
FAB FAB FAB!!!
ReplyDeleteMore love from me for the boots and that McQueen scarf. I have serious shoe envy! x
ReplyDeleteLove that you created your outfit around the necklace, and love your fabulousness in pinks and your cool boots, such a magnificent combo!, and so inspiring!
ReplyDeletebesos
