Janet and I got up to many shenanigans when we were younger (we met when she was 12 and I was 13) - she's one of the few people who utterly gets me. We always just pick up like it hasn't been a year since we just saw each other.

I'm still in contact with mine, but we have definitely grown apart and no longer have that click. In total contrast, I reconnected with one of my high school friends, Inneke, after 30 years in 2009, and we haven't looked back since. Even our husbands have become friends! xxx
