Unfortunately, I woke up feeling like a truck hit me.
I lasted 3 hours at work and then went home.
And I'm off to bed as soon as I hit "publish."
I'm so happy to have this blouse back in my wardrobe - it sat in the giveaway pile for most of the pandemic, until I passed it along to Vero.
She brought it back on my last clothing swap, and Linda said she'd cut the waistline and put a hidden side zipper in for me. She returned it to me just this last weekend - all hand-stitched! I'm happy it still fits.

This new-to-me flocked velvet leopard coat was fun to wear. It felt like a big pouffy Armour Coat. Much needed!

ReplyDeleteThat top and the pleated skirt are beautiful together, such a lovely pairing! I never feel too bad after the flu shot so I'm not sure why the covid booster hits me so hard, but yep the next day is a write off, and I can't do much after them. I think I'll struggle if it becomes a yearly thing like the flu shot!

ReplyDeleteI've had my vaccination booster as well. Just had one day of feeling rather tired, nothing more. Ron didn't have any after effects, but my mum felt one day as if she was hit by a bus. She never experienced that before.
