It's silk, and very thin (I have a full-length slip on underneath). I love the two patterns. It was $19.99.
It got a little chilly this afternoon in the office, so I wore my jacket off and on:
I felt very girly in this (without being too frou-frou). Sometimes you just have to wear pink! and bows! and angora!
The stuff:
A close-up of the accessories:
Jacket (Club Monaco, consignment), sweater (Esprit, consignment), skirt (Kenzie, consignment), shoes (Kensie), earrings (Shi Studio, gift from Sherylyn), "S" pendant (gift from Mom and Dad in the 90s), Audrey tile (vacation).
Deliciously feminine outfit. The skirt was a great find.
ReplyDeleteI never cease to be amazed by your ability to find great deals in thrifting! And best of luck at your interviews on Thursday! I can't wait to see what you plan on wearing!
ReplyDeleteSuch a feminine sweet outfit. I love the shape of the wedge heel. It's very soft-pink-Parisian.
ReplyDeletenice skirt :)
ReplyDeletePretty!
ReplyDeleteThat skirt is beautiful and very flattering. You have fabulous taste!
ReplyDeleteamazed at the high quality of garments you find thrifting- i would have been thrilled to find your skirt with its scrolly prints, sequins, and delicate fabric.
ReplyDeleteand goodness- those shoes- would not have thought i could love some pink shoes- take that back i have a pair of pink peep toes that have white tipping- which to me makes them less in your face pink
This is so PRETTY, and I am always proud when someone knows to wear s lip.

ReplyDeleteThere is one word that comes to my mind, it is
ReplyDeleteprecious !
That print is so subtle.... I really like how this jacket looks on you, looking great in white.
Ooh, wonderful! I see what you mean about feeling girly but not *too* much so. There's something about the mixture of prints in the skirt that works with your edgier style.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Tat!
ReplyDeleteAw, thanks, Lorena! I love the jacket, it's a classic.
Thanks, Kari. Yeah, I'm a little old to be working the girly look agressively.
Such beautiful, delicate colors- a real departure from your usual look, but still very "you".
ReplyDeleteThanks, lawyerdoll!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful femme look!
