Ugh, Monday following the time change - this calls for a jammy dress!
- Dress - Calvin Klein, thrifted; purchased here for $14.99 with a gift card
- Boots - Spring Step; last worn here in February with a red jammy dress
- Coat (below) - Apparence, vintage 80s, thrifted; last seen here in February
I re-pinked my hair last night - it's a product called Pulp Riot, and it's non-permanent, gradually fading out to a light pink.
So when someone said, "I love the colour!" I had to ask, "Which one?"
Add it to the Jammy Dress collection.
Outerwear - all that clear sky meant very chilly temps in the morning.
- Hat - M&S Collection, consignment, Powell River
- Scarf - thrifted
- Gloves - Parkhurst
- Necklace - vintage expo
- Bracelet - Whiting & Davis, vintage fair
- Earrings - gift from Mom
- Fulvia Ring - Wendy Brandes
My dear Caro sent this picture of us at Browns from Friday night.
Gorgeous colours -- all of them!ReplyDelete
Thank you so much, Cynthia!Delete
I knew that CK dress was going to look fabulous on you and it does! Loving the re-pinked hair and those boots? I have no words, just extreme envy! xxxReplyDelete
I loved wearing that dress - sometimes you just know when a dress is going to look amazing. I see a LOT of CK dresses (esp. at the Patch), and most of them are strong NOs.Delete
The boots are amazing. I'm going to miss them over spring/summer!
Those are special boots, for sure.ReplyDelete
They really are! Thanks, Ally!Delete
loving on the boots!ReplyDelete
Thank you, Eva!Delete
Oh wow, that Calvin Klein dress looks amazing on you. What a gorgeous colour! Both the dress and your re-pinked hair. As for those boots: there really are no words. All in all, a fabulous outfit which seriously brightened up a dull Belgian day! xxxReplyDelete

That Calvin Klein yammy dress looks amazing on you. Such a great find and it's lovely you could use your gift card for it. I love this shade of blue, it complements your pink hair beautifully. The accessories you wore are brilliant, love that bracelet. The brocade boots are so beautiful. The coat is very chic. Such a great look from head to toe! You look fantastic.ReplyDelete
Thank you, Ivana! I was quite taken with it, even though it's such a simple style. Aw, thanks so much!Delete
The bright pink hair and the blue dress do look so good together! That's a great dress on you Sheila :)ReplyDelete
Thank you, Mica! The hair will fade out by the end of the week. I loved this dress.Delete
I'm going to call this your Star Trek dress as it looks like one of the dresses they wore in it! It's a beautiful colour as is your gorgeous hair!!! The booooooots, the booooooots, are so cuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuute!! Where's Vizzini today?!xReplyDelete
You go right ahead, Kezzie - and I totally see that! I may have to wear this next year for Hallowe'en! Thank you, I love the boots too.Delete
Vizzini asked the same thing! I'll have pictures of him up shortly.
Those boots are so spectacular, the deserve to have a national holiday declared in their honour!ReplyDelete

Thanks so much, Mim!
I love the colors (all of them)! and how fabulously you look in this dress!, and your boots totally rock!. No wonder people complimented your fabulousness!ReplyDelete
Your necklace is so cool!, you have a lovely reptile collection!
Aw, thank you! I do have quite a collection of animalia!Delete
Your pink hair looks fantastic. Did you get a haircut too?ReplyDelete
Oh, the boots and the double snakes. I love it all.
I recently found another Whiting and Davis snake necklace at the market for $10. The seller was trying to tell me that the necklace was new and I was thinking “dahhhhling, this is definitely vintage, please take my $10”!
Oh no, you’re getting rid of the snake bracelet? Was it uncomfortable to wear? I love them and I’m sure someone who finds it in an opshop will enjoy it. X
I had it cut about 4-5 weeks ago - thanks! I do the colour myself.Delete
Oh, nice! I love the thrill when you know something is high-end/vintage and the seller has no idea! $10 is a steal, Jess, well done!
It's cheaply made, and doesn't sit right on my wrist, so I'm just going to pass it along.
The dress! The hair! The boots! Sooooooo good together!ReplyDelete
That was quick ! you are already wearing you new CK dress - this is an amazing colour on you Sheila.ReplyDelete
I rarely wait to wear new stuff - thanks so much, Lorena!Delete
