Bold Shapes and Green Ruffles

Ugh, the Tuesday back after a long weekend is just the worst. Fortunately, it was fairly quiet today, so I could just look busy when people came near me. 
 It was a little too warm for a jacket, but I wore it anyway!


  • Jacket - Simon Chang, vintage 80s, thrifted; last seen here in February in a million-dollar outfit
  • Skirt - Sandra Angelozzi, consignment; last worn here in May with green and magenta
  • Shoes - Dr. Scholl's, consignment; last seen here in June with strapless for work

 I love the double peplum on this jacket - it makes my waist look tiny!
 I wish the skirt had a smidge of stretch in it - it's a wee bit tight on me right now.

Outerwear: it's a hat!
 I'm all a blur. Must dash!

      Ha, that's funny that you would think that - I'm fun, but can also be a hardass (I do run two offices of over 200 people!). At least my clothes are fun!

    I'm glad it's a short work week - it's so hard going back to the office after a long weekend (and I had Friday off too). That jacket is wonderful - it gives you a super flattering shape, and the double peplum is so cool.

    lovely jacket, the color, the shape, the double péplum!! awesome!
    and I love all the graphic details in black, from the flower brooch to the sandals, and how they enhance the print of your skirt! so fabulous combo!
