Crazylegs!

Perhaps I went a little too over the top today:
I did hesitate before I bought the tights. It's the pattern. Those diamonds are just too big, and they make my legs look odd, and the colour is not quite right (too pink on the tights). But, oh well, fashion is meant to be fun, and this was a fun outfit to wear!

The stuff:
My new grey leather belt, which I just love, is from Plum (shout out to Tracy, best salesperson in my city). The awesome cross L bought me years ago, my old cuff and the shoes...ah, the shoes.

A close-up of the necklace:
I don't know what "JS" stands for.

Dress (BCBGirls, thrifted), shrug (Debut), tights (Hue), shoes (Ralph Lauren, consignment), cuff (vintage, mine), belt (Plum), necklace (from Plum, gift from L), crystal stud earrings.

  1. I love patterned tights. I found a pair that has been calling me to buy them... They are black with gray and light gray paisley. Your dress looks so comfy and great to wear.

I bought a pair of tights very similar to those ... only a little darker...I think you have to dare sometimes, you gotta try.
Think of me in hell hot weather with the tights, but, I gotta try!

  4. Alison, me too, but I think I should have stuck with my gut and skipped these ones. Yup, I love the dress.

Thanks, Wendy - we're in the minority. I love how people just won't say anything when they don't like an outfit - it's so sweet.

Lorena, thank you! Yes, I agree, how do you grow and learn if you don't try. And I had a lot of fun in this! Yikes, I can't imagine tights in hot weather - you go, girl!

Sherylyn, hah! I love the necklace too, yet I rarely wear it. I'm always afraid I'll offend someone with it. Oh, thank you, dear.

  6. Hey, they are fun! And you have slim enough (and long enough) legs that you won't need to worry about the pattern making your legs look wide.
