Really Green, and Floral

Another quiet day - I could get used to this...
Nah, I really couldn't. I like it when it's busy. The day goes faster.

  • Dress - H&M, consignment; purchased here for $9.50
  • Shoes - Down to Earth Hadfield, Fluevog; last seen here in June for a Day of Indolence

This dress was my sunblock as well as being blindingly green! Very green!
I love the pockets and the nice sleeve length. Although I didn't do heels this time, I think this will be wonderful with a a nice little girly shoe.

The stuff:
Tuesday's my day for going to the other office, so I wore easy walkin' shoes.

Matchy bling:
My "set", plus matchy belt and shoes!

  • Belt - thrifted
  • Cuff - POLY, thrifted
  • Ring - POLY, vintage fair
  • Earrings - thrifted

Vizzini has been doing really well with waking me up at 6am for his food...until today. 4:20am is too early, so out to the deck he went. He didn't seem terribly upset about it.
"Me and my mouse minions are keeping tabs on the 'hood."
And none of my shoes have been eaten. It's a miracle!

  1. I've never commented before but felt the need today. You need a new bra............just sayin. The girls need to come to attention. Hope you don't feel offended. I love your posts everyday and admire your creativity with outfits.

    1. Thank you for reading, and for taking the time to comment, Sandy! Yes, I do need new bras - it's shockingly been nearly 9 years since I restocked my entire collection. Totally not offended - thank you!

  3. Terrific outfit! I really like the hints of mid-century-ness to that elegant dress. A great solid coloured, longer length frock like that is somewhat hard to find in the modern fashion world and I would have pounced on it instantly, too, as I just adore pieces like that as you can dress them up or down in a million different ways.

    Have a fabulous Friday,
    ♥ Jessica

    1. I know, it's so unusual for a modern dress to have such classic lines - I was shocked that it was H&M! I'm excited to style it up and down over the next several months. Thank you, Jessica!

    1. He's such a monster. :) Aren't the shoes fab? I bought them in a menswear store! I do have a blogging routine so that I'm not on the computer constantly.
