Such a long day...but it will be worth it to have time off! I'll be taking a bit of a break next week, but rest assured, I will be back before next weekend.
Of course, I have to wear my beautiful red dress (yes, that's a dress under there) for the Christmas season.I last wore this dress here in August - you can see it all on its own there.
Yar, that be a pirate shirt, matey! Well, at least a 90s goth shirt...made of suede! I first wore the shirt/jacket/top here in November with a plethora of purples.
Bronze tights (very old and starting to get little holes and snags, sigh), and for once, practical heels.
The stuff:
Lovely comfy kitten heels, first seen here earlier this month with cerulean and leopard.
Top (Danier Leather, thrifted), dress (Calvin Klein), shoes (Town Shoes, thrifted), belt (gift from Mom), earrings (Plum).
Vizzini was scoping out the neighbours again this morning:
Or maybe he just likes the warm air that comes up from the heaters under the window?
Sorry, buddy, gotta go to work.
"I don't want you to go" |
VIZZINI!!!! Come here, my precious, we'll run away together!!!
ReplyDeleteI love him so, the spunky little beast!!! He's quite stolen your thunder, darling Sheila, but luckily you are looking hot to TROT! I wish you'd make it down here for a Kiwi Summer......with Vizzini. He'd love my peepers!
I love a good red frock. I'm a bit obsessed with finding the perfect one! XXX
That red dress is so nice! I like it with the belted shirt over the top :) It has such nice sleeve detail!
ReplyDeleteI think he was sad, his best bud leaving and all. Sweet boy! Love your brilliant red dress. xo
ReplyDelete*sigh* That was an involuntary response, expressing my deep admiration of your ability to dress better than anyone else I know.
ReplyDeleteSad to hear that your bronze tights have snags, I was just about to compliment them.
ReplyDeleteWhat fabulous sleeves! Always a dramatic colour combination, red dresses are the BEST!
ReplyDeleteVizzini has such an expressive little face. He'd bite you as soon as look at you, wouldn't he?! xxxx
Yes, he's very bitey. He doesn't break the skin (much) anymore, though. He gets overstimulated easily.
DeleteFine job at winterizing that incredible red dress.
ReplyDeleteThen again Vizzini might be saying, Aren't you outta' here YET?!
Re snags, I've heard that putting clear nail polish on snags stops them in their tracks. I've always been too slacking to try it.
