I love the heel and buckles on the boots! Oddly, I have items of clothes that I absolutely love that I wear maybe once a year. This probably means there are too many clothes in my closet....
ReplyDelete(On a side note, I'm glad you liked The Wrestler! We are indeed Wonder Twins in cinema taste, as well!)
Very sassy! love this belted look on you.
ReplyDeleteHave just gone through your week's worth of entries. What a triumph! What I enjoy is not only the pictures, but your commentary - I like the attention to detail ( e.g. the baby carrots etc) most of all.
ReplyDeleteAlso impressed with you taking on Jane's wardrobe challenges as I just read your Wardrobe Intentions in the sidebar. Brava! I have been doing the same thing in my own way, but not with the clear direction that Jane has. I'm sure she's providing some excellent material for a book, which would be fab.
I can't believe how you've got to rug up to go to work. It's like guerilla warfare with the elements.
Looking forward to next week's Wardrobe Adventures!
Erica: I'm so glad I'm not the only one!
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to see as many Oscar-nominated movies as I can so that I can root for my favourites.
Alison: the buckle on this belt is small enough that it keeps the belt in place (although now that I think of it, I did have to tighten it up periodically). You could try to add an extra piece of fabric or something like that to make the buckle tighter?
Thanks, Lady D!
Sue: Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I always look forward to summertime, when I don't have to wear as many clothes to walk!
Super sassy! Love the dress!
ReplyDeleteSmashing! What a sexy casual Friday YOU had.
ReplyDeleteLove that silhouette on you. The belt gives a great hourglass shape.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Hillary!
ReplyDeleteHa, Sal, that made me laugh.
Thanks, Cat - I love the hourglass look.
