I love wearing grey and yellow together because it gives me the opportunity to wear Grandma J's Anne Klein necklace.
I have just acquired some yellow shoes off eBay.
ReplyDeleteThat outfit looks smashing on you! And the necklace is really special. I think yellow goes lovely with your coloring too. Sadly, it looks terrible on me, tho I do live in a little yellow house that is nice & cheery, lol.
ReplyDeleteOoh, Jane, I can't wait to see them!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kayleigh! Yes, yellow is yucky on lots of people - but how nice to live in a little yellow house.
I agree with you about yellow. It's a color that I like a lot too. It's funny though, now that you mentioned it I don't have much yellow in my wardrobe except for a summer T-shirt. I'll have to work on that.
ReplyDeleteI really love that necklace. I find that Anne Klein things are sophisticatedly simple and classic so you can keep them for years as you have done with your grandmother's necklace
Hey, Elaine! I forgot: I also owned a raw silk yellow blazer back in about '92.
ReplyDeleteI love having all these vintage pieces of my grandma's.
