I'm a sappy romantic (and I'm married to one as well), so I always like to dress in pink and/or red for Valentine's Day.
- Dress - Ichi; first worn here (4th outfit) on the weekend with copper accessories
- Boots - Miz Mooz; last seen here in October 2017 with delicate f**king flowers
- Coat (below) - Forever 21, thrifted; last worn here a couple of weeks ago
Happy V-Day, my friends! I hope your day was full of the things and people (furry friends totally count as people) you love.
I wore a wine-coloured stretchy camisole under it for boobular coverage.
This dress was as deliciously comfy for a day at work as it was to party in.
Outerwear - of course I wore the Grape Ape coat.
here) is now faded out and blends into everything I'm wearing.
- Gloves - Parkhurst
I could have used a warmer coat and accessories today - it is COLD out there. Brrrr.
- Belt - local, gift from L
- Bracelet - Birk's, c. 1975, Mom's
- Earrings - vintage fair
- Ring - Uffizi Gallery gift shop, Florence, Italy
Happy Valentine's Day, from me and the Vizz-meister. This is just after I got home, when he's all cuddly and happy to see me.

Happy Valentines to you my dear! Love how the Ichi made a second debut in the same week. Love you big time! CaroReplyDelete
Thank you, sweetheart! Thanks so much for the awesome party! Hugs, see you soon. XO SheDelete
You look fabulous in that dress, Sheila. Those boots are wonderful, too!ReplyDelete
Thank you so much, Alli!Delete
wowwww, dear Queen of Matchy-Town, you totally Rock!, and your velvet dress looks fabulous, those boots are amazing (both of them are!) and your coat matches perfectly!.ReplyDelete
Kisses for your furry partner in crime!
I felt so good in these warm, soft colours. Vizzini thanks you for the kisses. :)Delete
I'm so pleased to see you wearing this dress again as it's lovely on you, and perfect with these accessories. You make something I'd think would be a statement piece so wearable! :) Hope you had a lovely Valentine's Day. We don't really celebrate it here but I did use it as an excuse to skip making dinner and order takeaway, haha!ReplyDelete
I just couldn't let it sit there - it wanted to be worn again! Thanks so much, Mica. L and I don't do anything - your evening sounds awesome!Delete
Queen of Matchy-Town! You're looking fabulous, all rose and wine-coloured. Just perfect, and not just for Valentine's Day. Those Miz Mooz boots are gorgeous. I have a tan coloured pair which has the same row of buttons, but a different heel. Aw, and look at Vizzini's face! Phoebe is never this cuddly. xxxReplyDelete
Hee, you know it, Ann! Thank you - I agree, I would wear this any time from fall to spring. Vizzini is quite the cuddle-kitty.Delete
That dress deserves to be seen again and again - I love it with those killer boots but, of course, the best accessory has to be Vizzini!ReplyDelete
I got a pack of heart shaped crumpets for Valentine's day along with a note scribbled on the back of an old piece of cardboard - from the cats, obviously! xxx
A cat makes every outfit better, doesn't it? Ha, thanks, Vix! Aw, heart-shaped crumpets? The way to any woman's heart!Delete
Valentine’s Day perfection. Love the combination of velvet and leather, and the obj belt is a great accent.ReplyDelete
Fabulous boots, beautiful color palette!
Thank you, Elle! Happy V-Day to you!Delete
How sweet! I had no idea that you were a big ol' romantic. The dress looks uber comfy and the matchy matchy is divine. We are the exact opposite and completely forgot the day - well at least we both forgot so neither was upset.ReplyDelete
Oh, yes, a total sap-monster, that's me! Thanks, Anna! Aw, well, that is still sweet. :)Delete
Happy belated V day my friend !ReplyDelete
You looked marvellous as usual, that dress was a SUPERB purchase.
Thank you, Lorena! Happy V Day to you!Delete
