The snow is nearly gone! Huzzah! We're back to "real" Victoria winter, which is temps around 7-10 degrees, and rain. I'm good with that - at least you don't have to shovel it.
Can you tell I am jonesing for spring? These are the most spring-y things I have!- Blouse - Tabi, thrifted; last worn here in August 2016 - HA! with the same skirt!

I enjoy these shoes. They make me happy.

I'll be back on Sunday - we have a party to go to this weekend! My dear friend Caro (hi, honey!) is hosting, but hasn't a thing to wear! And since the theme is red and/or pink, and oh, we might know someone who has a little of that in her closet...she is coming over tonight and I'm going to style her up in some of my things. Exciting!
Have a wonderful weekend, my friends!
Love the green of your skirt and blouse and I can see why you love the shoes!

Thank you, Gail!
DeleteYou look like you are made of jade in those lovely subtle greens! Fab shoes - they look so comfy too!
ReplyDeleteAw, thanks, Veronica! The shoes are not that comfortable, but they're fine for work.
DeleteI can see why you associate this outfit with spring. Shine always gives me a lift too. These are great pieces! Thank goodness for that coat. We've had some major melting here. It's not gone yet but is 6C as I write, with similar temps ahead. Hurrah!
ReplyDeleteBright colours, I need 'em. It's almost all gone here - hope you're seeing the last of the snow too!
DeleteBoth shimmery pieces work so well together so makes sens you'd pair them that way again! Glad that the snow has gone, hope it continues to get warmer for you and that you have a wonderful time at the party.
ReplyDeleteThe party was lovely! Thanks so much, Mica!
DeleteHappy shoes are worth their weight in gold. I don't remember seeing this combo before - so I really think you get away with repeating more often (I love it). My friend and I can barely remember what the other wore yesterday!

Ha, I have fooled everyone! That's one of the reasons why I do my blog - I can't remember things!
DeleteI like how these two look together and I am also surprised when I wear things exactly the same way ! As I like to keep it fresh too ;)
ReplyDeleteI surprised myself - I usually remember when I've worn things together. Thanks, Lorena!
DeleteI agree, these shoes are perfect with this outfit. As a matter of fact, this whole outfit is perfect. Colourwise, texturewise and proportion wise. Very good Sheila.
