Plaid Pants? Plaid Pants!

Just as I'm recovering from my bout of the flu, allergy season hits. I don't know what it is in the air, but I am completely stuffed up.
I felt very snazzy in my plaid pants, though. They made up for the whole "lack of breathing" thing.

  • Jacket - Alison Wonderland, consignment; last seen here (4th outfit) in September 2015
  • Sweater - Lacoste, thrifted; last worn here in January with pink tights
  • Pants - Pariscope, vintage 90s, thrifted; purchased here for $8.95
  • Shoes - Hispanitas; last worn here a few weeks ago in March with red pants

I wore the jacket on for most of the day, but took it off every so often when I had a hot flash.
This sweater is not much to look at, but it's a lovely wool/polyester blend (and made in France!). I like the neckline.

The trousers were the star. I had a few jokes about looking like I was ready to go golfing, but I loved wearing them. They have a bit of olive green in them, along with white and black.
"No one cares about your pants. They don't even show cat hair."
I'm looking forward to experimenting with them in the capsule this month. Even if they don't end up working for me, for $8.95 they're still worth it.

The stuff:
These shoes get better every time I wear them.

Silver bling:
I'm happy to have these back in my jewelry wardrobe!

  • Cuff - Fossil, gift from L
  • Earrings - Fossil, thrifted

  1. Such a great look! I adore your chartreuse hued jacket. That's a colour we truly don't see enough these days in the fashion world.

  2. I like the green jacket to match the bit of green in the print of the pants! They are lovely on you.

Hope that you are feeling better soon, no fun getting over one thing only to have allergies hit you!

  3. OK I do love a bit of plaid myself, so this outfit gets my vote of approval too. The pistachio jacket is very sweet, and yes, I have to agree that the shoes do just keep on looking better every time! (Notice the complete lack of envy there?)
