I need sunshine, but got rain. I started from scratch last night and tried to build an outfit that would make me feel sunny.
- Coat - Danier, consignment; last seen here in September with leather and teal
- Blouse - Daniel Rainn, swap from Caro; last worn a week ago here with w(h)ine
- Shoes - Listen Up O'Hara, Fluevog; last worn here (3rd outfit) in December 2013 for my company's Christmas party
And look at me, all pattern-mixing like crazy. Okay, it's a mish-mash, I'm fine with it.
Speaking of fabulous, thank you for all of your sweet, kind and understanding comments about my "mojo-lessness". I'm going to roll with it, hang on till the weekend and party my ass off on Saturday night in a killer dress. And hope for more sun.
That yellow skirt is bright and cheerful enough to make anyone feel sunny!ReplyDelete
Even if it hasn't made you feel any better, it's great you have Saturday night to look forward to to get you through the rest of the week!
Your post has made me think too, if I was dressing to cheer myself up everyday, what would I wear? And for the stuff I wouldn't wear, maybe it shouldn't stay in my wardrobe!
yes, nothing like a touch of sunny yellow and some fun mixing prints and you're ready to have a fabulous weekend!!ReplyDelete
Lovely coat, and lovely shoes (as usual)!
I have a yellow skirt which I love to wear, it definitely makes me feel happier especially in Winter. Also, one of my favourite looks is coloured tights with open toed neutral shoes. I just love the whole look head to toe. Gorgeous shoes!!ReplyDelete
