When I wrote yesterday's post, I clicked back to a previous wearing of the Coral Cocoon, and noticed I'd layered this pink sleeveless shirt under it.
- Shirt - Denver Hayes, consignment; last seen here (3rd outfit) in May for Mom-Day at Rithet's Bog
- Dress - Ted Baker, thrifted; first worn here in July 2023
- Booties - Super Fine Countess, Fluevog; first seen here in April with citrus brights
- Jacket (below) - Adidas, consignment, Vancouver; last worn here in May with white jeans
This (here) is the outfit, from 2021, and it was the first wearing both the shirt and the dress. I've worn the shirt a whopping 17 times, compared with only five wears of the dress.
Of course, I was inspired to layer it under THIS dress, which is a bit big on me and gapes in the armholes. Now it's just a little more office-y and look at that cute little pink collar poking out. So profesh!

This is the second wearing of this delightful lattice-print dress, and I loved it (aside from the lack of pockets).
The single big flower makes me happy. I know my pinks don't match, but they looked pretty close in person.
A big gold zipper! Classic Ted Baker, which this is - can you believe I paid $9.97 for it?
It's fully-lined, a bonus in a white dress!

I only wore the jacket to walk to and from work.
The stuff:
These booties were fantastic - so comfy and soft. I had an office full of people and clients who appreciated them.

Silvery bling:
I toned down my earring options for the clients - I wanted to wear ginormous white square ones, but there's still lots of summer to do that!

- Filigree cuff - St. Paul's Cathedral gift shop, London

He paws our legs without his claws to be picked up, and he drools in his old age, but I'm still a 12-year-old girl at heart. I'll take as many cuddles as you can give me, little bud.
Well, Vizzini might be drooling, but I'm too, over those pink booties! Gosh they are absolutely stunning!
ReplyDeleteThe booties look surprisingly comfortable and appear to fit like a second skin. I like how the floral bomber jacket meshes with the large flower and lattice stripes of the dress! Especially given our current NY heat your outfit looks soothingly cool! And yippee for cat cuddles!
ReplyDeleteCheers, Laurie
What a fantastic match that Adidas track top is with the dress! Love your little furry photobomber! xxx
ReplyDeleteI love how big the flower pattern is on your jammy dress. It looks amazing with that floral pattern bomber jacket. The pink anniversary boots are so gorgeous.
