I finally got around to doing laundry last weekend, so I can finally wear this new-to-me floral skirt that I thrifted at Value Village when I went shopping with Leslie (here).
I was going to do an orange shirt and a red cardigan with this, but it just didn't look right, so I swapped for this jacket (last seen here earlier this month with my football jersey).
here in September when I did Monochromania! week.
here in September with turquoise and magenta.
Big floral bling.
Jacket (Banana Republic, thrifted), blouse (Michael Kors, consignment), skirt (Attention, thrifted), shoes (Enzo Angiolini, thrifted), belt (Plum), cuff (Guess, thrifted), red cuff (Rimanchik), earrings (The Cobbler), flower (Roberta's Hats).
Love the black fishnets - they're unexpected and therefore fun for day! Gorgeous skirt too, and what a deal!ReplyDelete
Sheila, can you come live in my closet? You're so good at picking out winners and "mehs". I need that!ReplyDelete
Love that floral print skirt, it's beautiful with the orange top under your blazer :)ReplyDelete
I love this!! I think the black jacket instead of the red topper just makes the awesome print pop out even more!!ReplyDelete
Might not be a real flower, but it sure is bright and happy like one! And yes, good idea to purge the orange blouse you were "meh" about. I had two different orange tops that were very similar and did the same thing - keep the one you like best!ReplyDelete
I thought that was a beautiful skirt when you showed it to us on the hanger, but on you, it's even better! Such a lovely print, and the fishnets and orange blouse are perfect accompaniments. xxxReplyDelete
I love, love, love your skirt! The colors are gorgeous!ReplyDelete
Fantastic buy on that beautiful skirt. With your yellow floral pin, you look like sunshine bursting through the clouds after spring showers.ReplyDelete
The skirt is just lovely. What a great match with your orange blouse. They look like a dress with the blazer on. Also I'm tickled that we both posted florals today. Style twins!ReplyDelete
You look amazing woman.ReplyDelete
That sums it up.
