A little quieter today, and feeling more under control. Only a few more days till the weekend. I can do it.
I got a lot of love for this outfit. It's very corporate, but still has that "me" factor, I think.

A nice mix of quality pieces, although it's nearly time for me to find a new white shirt. They don't last long!
I love this beautiful skirt so much - it is really thick wool so it gets packed away with my fall/winter items. That'll be happening soon! The Great Closet Swap-Over!
Mr. Lovey needed cuddles this morning.
|"No one will see this, right?"|
He's going to get to go on the deck again soon if if starts warming up. Then he'll be unbearable - once he can go out there, he wants the doors open all the time.
Yay, no scarf! It was supposed to rain today, so I wore my Liz Claiborne vintage/thrifted hat. Nope, no rain. And I only wore my black leather studded Danier gloves for half of the walk to work.
First wearing of these magnificent shoes, and I loved them. That is an awesome heel height for me.
- Scarf - thrifted
- Earrings - local
- Lapis lazuli ring - Wendy Brandes
Love those shoes too! Such a pretty outfit :)ReplyDelete
Thank you, Cynthia!Delete
I like the polka dot scarf and shoes at either end of your outfit, really nicely done! :) A great first wearing of those shoes.ReplyDelete
Thanks, Mica! I was pretty pleased when I realized I had a polka dot scarf too!Delete
Those shoes are perfection. Seriously. Everything about them... I am having extreme shoe envy over here :)ReplyDelete
Thank you, Erin! And nice to see you!Delete
One of my favoritest outfits EVER!ReplyDelete
Wow, that's high praise, thank you, Rebecca!Delete
Loving the boss lady look! The shoes are a fabulous way to change the formula, love the coat, too. I am so glad it did not rain! Lets call this "bossy lady!" :)ReplyDelete
Hee, I'm such a boss...well, no, but I am bossy! You got that right!Delete
I see a lot of wear for these shoes, imagine all the endless combinations, are the comfortable ?ReplyDelete
AND ALREADY ?! the closet swap, really ?!
Oh, I hope so - they're a little tricky to put other patterns with them, but I have confidence that I'll wear them a lot.Delete
Yup, I actually asked for the day off to do the closet swap! How's that for dedication?
Man, how I love those shoes! The outfit is so understated until you look at those shoes and bam, they just hit you right between the eyes. Great styling!ReplyDelete
I knew you would love 'em, Anna! Thanks!Delete
