Today just flew by - how does that happen?
- Blouse - LL Bean, consignment; last seen here as a prepster in September
- Dress - Naughty; last worn here (4th outfit) in November 2014 to see the Smalls
- Shoes - Sencha Teapot, Fluevog; last worn here in March for "Literary Stylings"
I've only worn this dress 5 times total, including today, which brings my cost-per-wear to $6.00. Not bad. However, it's an awesome dress and I do intend to wear it at least one more time before the end of March 2016. Can I do it? Oh, most certainly! But we shall see if time makes a liar of me...
- Leather obi - local, gift from L
- Cuff - Fairwearther, c. 2000
- Obsidian ring - gift from Mom and Dad, c. 1986
- Coral ring - Oscar & Libby's
- Earrings - local
Off to grab a bite to eat, then heading to my meeting!
I love the energy that you bring to WW meetings! I hope your meeting went well.ReplyDelete
Your silver bracelet is beautiful! You have so many wonderful accessories...
I've been eyeing the ethnic bracelets and pendants at Vanity Fair Antiques on Fort Street near Cook Street.
You might have convinced me to make a purchase.
Happy Birthday Sheila!ReplyDelete
Putting a shirt under the dress is the kind of smart fashion thinking we expect from you. Very nice.ReplyDelete
I love your dress. I love it with a shirt under it. I love how you've styled it. I love your "tea" strap shoes. Love love love love love!ReplyDelete
That outfit would definitely get a reaction from me in person! It looks wonderful! I bet you get lots of compliments on it at your meeting :)ReplyDelete
It's great you were able to rework it for the office with a shirt underneath too! I could do that with a few of my dresses, I'm so unadventurous!
Love your dress! I hope you wear it more.ReplyDelete
It's funny about reactions to outfits. Sometimes you get feedback when you least expect it and sometimes the reverse.
What, no reactions? You come right here, miss, and we will give you reactions like you never knew - that's a fantastic dress with personality. Great heels too. xoxReplyDelete
Gorgeous dress! And what is March 2016?ReplyDelete
Aya, March 2016 is when I put my fall/winter wardrobe away. I swap wardrobes in Sept and March.ReplyDelete
Lovely dress - looks very MCQUeen to me .ReplyDelete
I wonder how it will look with a black turtle neck sweater underneath ?
I love that dress and white shirt combo! (Especially the dress, what cool kinda steampunky styling...) Plus any black/white/burgundy or red mix is just so striking to me, as well as perfect on you with your pretty complexion and hair. Still wish I'd bought those shoes, too lol.ReplyDelete
