Lots of Dots

A little quieter today, and feeling more under control. Only a few more days till the weekend. I can do it.
I got a lot of love for this outfit. It's very corporate, but still has that "me" factor, I think.

  • Jacket - Danier Couture, consignment; last worn here in January with a crazy leather skirt
  • Shirt - Tommy Hilfiger, thrifted; last seen here in February under a groovy grey jacket
  • Skirt - Andres Courreges, vintage 80s, thrifted; last worn here in November 2016 with Wonder Woman coppers
  • Shoes - Lola Ramona; purchased here for $120.00
  • Coat (below) - Samuel Dong, thrifted

"Every picture needs a blurry cat in it."
A nice mix of quality pieces, although it's nearly time for me to find a new white shirt. They don't last long!
I love this beautiful skirt so much - it is really thick wool so it gets packed away with my fall/winter items. That'll be happening soon! The Great Closet Swap-Over!

Mr. Lovey needed cuddles this morning.
"No one will see this, right?"
He's going to get to go on the deck again soon if if starts warming up. Then he'll be unbearable - once he can go out there, he wants the doors open all the time.

Outerwear:
Yay, no scarf! It was supposed to rain today, so I wore my Liz Claiborne vintage/thrifted hat. Nope, no rain. And I only wore my black leather studded Danier gloves for half of the walk to work.

The stuff:
First wearing of these magnificent shoes, and I loved them. That is an awesome heel height for me.

Dotted bling:
Many circles.

  • Scarf - thrifted
  • Earrings - local
  • Lapis lazuli ring - Wendy Brandes

    1. Oh, I hope so - they're a little tricky to put other patterns with them, but I have confidence that I'll wear them a lot.

Yup, I actually asked for the day off to do the closet swap! How's that for dedication?
