I had to wear my new-to-me dress right away!
I enjoyed this outfit and had several compliments on it from coworkers who don't usually mention my outfits. Why do you think that is?- Blouse - Marcona, thrifted; last worn here in February with weekend hair and red legs
- Dress - United Colors of Benetton, thrifted; purchased here yesterday for $20.95
- Shoes - Big Presence Desmond, Fluevog; last seen here in September with locks and keys
Wow, I've had this blouse since January 2011 - nearly 5 years! - and I only paid $4.50 for it. I think my cost-per-wear is down to pennies now. I love the funky shapes in it, plus it has all the colours - it goes with everything!

The stuff:
When you wear orange and then more orange, it's called morange. I wasn't sure about wearing a bright shoe like this with grey tights, but I ended up liking how it looked.
Circular bling:
Such an awesome belt.
- Belt - gift from Mom from London
- Earrings - Vintage Expo
Off to watch football! Go, Panthers!
Lol morange. I love the Orange shoes with the tights. This whole outfit is very hip 1960's office worker. Groovy.
ReplyDeleteVery smart - I love orange, and it brightens up grey beautifully. Love the flash of thigh, woohoo! xxx
ReplyDeleteI cheered the Panthers on for you. That was the messiest game ever. Love this look - maybe the contrast of your gorgeous hair and the orange in the outfit made others notice it more? xox

Love the heels. "Morange" -- genius!
ReplyDeleteYou definitely did - it's a gem! I love orange and grey together. In fact, come to think of it, grey might be my very favourite colour ever to partner orange with (though I am quite partial to this citrus hue with brown as well). What a stylish, wonderful mid-fall ensemble!

ReplyDeleteIndeed, these two colors do rock together.
