Pumpkin Bugs, Dropped Pants and Copper

Welcome back, my friends! We've got a busy week ahead, with two events mid-week, so I wore a super-comfy outfit for Monday.

My colleague David was delighted with the bugs on my sweatshirt. 

• Cotton sweatshirt - Grobund, consignment; first seen here in May with white skirt and orange boots
• Cotton-blend cargo pants - Apricot; purchased here on the weekend for $17.50
• Shoes - Down to Earth Hadfield, Fluevog; last worn here with the matching other pair of Fluevogs (the wooden sandals) in May

Second wearing of the pumpkin-hued top, and I'd forgotten how long it is (it's a men's). Once I folded it up to raise my waist, it looked much better. 

I was surprised to discover that the pants have a dropped crotch, which took a bit of getting used to. I need to think of them as having a sporty vibe and adjust for the next outfit.

Incognito, and started pulling the top higher here, see? 

I added my long black/olive leather gloves and moved the scarf from my hair to my neck for the cloudy morning.

I was reading on the deck and Whateley came to visit.

Aw, the big fuzzy feet! 

The acorns are falling off the trees, clattering on the deck windows. 

The boys get very excited by it. 

Barnabas has to come look too. 

There were a bunch of Brown Creepers hopping around in the trees.
