Slinky Crinkle and Blue Space

Gotta rush today, folks - I have Book Club to get to!
I chose this outfit to be comfy for more than 12 hours of wear.

  • Mesh top - Jean Paul Gaultier, vintage 90s, consignment; last worn here (2nd outfit) in March in a Funky Chunky Friday outfit
  • Leather-front top - Danier Leather, thrifted; last seen here in January with a neoprene skirt
  • Skirt - Babette, vintage 00s, thrifted; purchased here for $24.95
  • Shoes - MJUS, consignment; last worn here in January with brown, zigzags and fringe
  • Leather jacket (below) - Elizabeth and James, consignment; last seen here in January

I absolutely ADORE this crinkly column skirt - it has so much movement and feels so good on,
I went with my leather-fronted top and my JPG "space" print mesh top.

I had a lot of company on Angus this morning.
Um, excuse me, boys! You cannot start wrestling right here.

Barnabas was rolling all over Angus and mrowing at me.
"I need love and tummy rubs!"

I can't resist.

Incognito.
I added more blue for my outerwear.

I love this bold blue leather jacket.
It was much chillier in the morning, and windy too. I wore the jacket open partway home, when I started warming up from my walk.

The stuff:
I'm done with this scarf - I never reach for it anymore. It's lovely and I only paid $1.95 for it years ago.

  • Scarf - thrifted

Space bling:
I pointed out all the "planets, rings and comet tails" in my jewelry to one of my coworkers.

  • Lucite/silver bracelet - Alexis Bittar, consignment, Vancouver
  • Crystal heart bracelet - Juicy Couture, consignment
  • Silver/kyanite ring - consignment
  • Silver/crystal ring - Soul Flower
  • Silver/enamel ring - vintage fair
  • Silver/lapis lazuli ring - Wendy Brandes
  • Silver earrings - gift from Petra

The boys settled on the deck.
I need to de-fur that bench.

Barnabas embracing the stool.
He's purring away. Such lovey boys...when they're not fighting!
