Pumpkin Bugs and Turquoise

Hello, my friends! I couldn't resist wearing my new-to-me pumpkin sweatshirt.
A sweatshirt in the office? Shocking!

  • Sweatshirt - Grobund, consignment; purchased here on the weekend for $25.00
  • Skirt - Acqua & Limone, consignment; last worn here in June 2025 with pastels
  • Boots - Official Mittwoch, Fluevog; last seen here in March with black and mustard

I had a beautiful view this morning:
The Garry Oaks are so lush and green they're almost obscuring the Castle!

I like the long boxy cut of this top, so I paired it with another long and lean piece, this white cocoon skirt.
The orange boots matched so well.

Pockets! My colleagues liked all the bugs on my top.
My coworker Akshita (wearing bright pink) and I commiserated over the lack of colour in the office. It's nice to know someone else likes brights!

Incognito. I was excited when I spotted this skull scarf in my collection.
So perfect, and it keeps my colour from fading.

The stuff:
I walked to and from work in these boots - they are still a bit stiff, so getting in a wearing is always a good thing.

  • Silk scarf - Alexander McQueen, consignment, Vancouver

Turquoise bling:
I love this set.

  • Turquoise stone bracelet - thrifted, Sidney
  • Silver/turquoise bangle - consignment
  • Silver/turquoise big ring - consignment
  • Small turquoise silver ring - consignment
  • Turquoise on silver wire ring - Glee
  • Silver/turquoise earrings - consignment
  • Silver/turquoise pendant - Karen's

Barnabas begging me to throw the ball while I'm writing.
"It's right here!"

A fight for the box lid could be in the cards.
Whateley, let him sit in the box.

Barnabas settled in the other half of the box.
With his leg hanging out!

A favourite spot is my sock bag.
For once, he did not kick all of my socks out of it!

And last but certainly not least - HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Mom!
The Woman, the Mom, the Legend.
