Mom-Update: Mom is doing great! She's been getting frequent visits, which we'll be dropping down to a few hours a day now that she's feeling more comfortable with her "new normal." I'm talking to her daily and she's set up with a tablet so she can follow my outfits from the comfort of her bed - hi, Mom!
This is going to be a theme week: Sweethearts Week! L and I don't really do Valentine's Day much, but I enjoy an excuse to get creative in my closet, so I'll be wearing pink, red and burgundy all this week, and appreciating all the sweet people in my life.

Even with an overcast sky, it's light enough to celebrate the return of the Stair Pics!

I wanted to get this Halston III blouse worn this season and liked how it went with the swooshy skirt.
There are kittens inspecting my backpack. Barnabas, get out of there!
I layered the corduroy studded vest over the blouse as it's very puffy. I forgot that the pockets in it are very shallow, and my phones were falling out constantly.
I put the "train" of the skirt in the back for these pictures, but I ended up moving it around to the side (like I did on the initial wearing).
Someone needed a cuddle.
"I meowed at you!"
Silly boy.
Incognito. I dragged the skirt through two blocks of construction before clueing in. Oops. It dried fine, though.
I clamped a giant bulldog clip on the front of it on the way home.
