I really liked this outfit - it still feels like me, even with the ruffles and roses!

As you can see, it's clear - and not even that cold. It's almost cracking two digits!
This leather jacket has studs all the way around the hem and back of the neck, and two pockets that hold both of my phones.
That's Barnabas' head in the corner there - he's rolling around on the floor begging for tummy rubs (I always oblige).
I didn't take the jacket off but I always try to plan for it. Brrr, it's not that warm out.
Of course, we all remember that this is my Tweed Magazine cover skirt! Photoshoot here and cover here. I adore the brocade roses.Incognito. This coat was just the right weight for a sunny, cold day.
The red velour scarf makes me happy.

The stuff:
I liked the clash of the white/grey shoes with the outfit.

Matchy bling:
I pinned my Gram's brooch at the neck - that's my mom's mother, who was very much present in my younger life (she died when I was 30). - Belt - B-Lo the Belt, thrifted
- Rose earrings - Betsey Johnson, swap from Cat
- Brooch - Pastelli, vintage 60s, Grandma S's

Barnabas held still for once.
Mom update: She's doing well, and we're adjusting her homecare to be for her peak need hours (morning and evening). She's very thankful to all of you for your kind comments!
