Neon, Green and Grey

I'm working my way through the backwards hangers - February is a good month for that - and I've landed on this lovely Romeo Gigli dress.
My mind immediately went to these new lime shoes - it's a match made in heaven.

  • Cotton sweater - Zara, consignment; last seen here in January with pink and grey for the periodontist
  • Wool dress - Romeo Gigli, consignment; last worn here in February 2025 with emerald greens
  • Shoes - Classy Bach, Fluevog; first seen here in January with blues and greens
  • Down-filled puffer coat (below) - Stormtech, thrifted; last worn here in December 2025

I layered my cotton turtleneck under it for extra warmth - I also have a full slip on.
This dress always looks so good - it's gorgeously cut.

My little camera has been struggling lately - sorry about the blurry pics.
Or maybe it's just me?

Demonstrating the extra-long arms.
They required a lot of futzing to get them to stay up along my arms.

Incognito.
It's been hovering around freezing the last few days, and I'm happy to pull out this down-filled puffer. Such a lovely colour!

The stuff:
I added dark olive green to help soften the contrast of the neon.

  • Silk scarf - Krizia, thrifted
  • Hat - gift from Tammy
  • Bow brooch - Monet, vintage 80s, vintage fair
  • Wool gloves - Parkhurst

Green and brass bling:
I liked the warm browny tones in this necklace with the grey dress - an unusual combination.

  • Belt - consignment
  • Bakelite bangle - consignment, Sidney
  • Brass cuff - Midzo, vintage expo
  • Gold cat earrings - British Museum gift shop, London, gift from Mom
  • Silver/smoky topaz ring - Anneli Neumann, Sweden, vintage mall
  • Stone ring - thrifted
  • Silver/green stone ring - thrifted
  • Bronze ring - P. Sarpaneva, Finland, vintage 70s, vintage expo
  • Necklace - Plum, c. 2004

I took Friday off, so now it's my weekend already! The boys celebrated by snoozing in the tray atop the bedroom scratching post.
I'll be visiting Mom tomorrow, of course.

Enjoy a day without me, little guys.
"Outrageous."         "I like to snuggle!"

Such cuties!
