I wanted to get in a wearing of this lovely black and white windowpane jacket.
It's been over a year since I wore it, which tells me I don't really reach for it. It's a good work-y blazer, but I have a kajillion other black jackets. Off to Limbo it goes.I had the jacket off briefly due to being glowing from charging up the stairs to the office. Good cardio!
Isn't that a great colour combo? It reminds me of candy. A lovely lady exclaimed over my outfit on the way to work - she loved all my colour.
And a shout-out to Kiki at LD, who stopped to ask about my lipstick (it's Quo, don't know the colour). Hello! Thanks so much for your kind compliments - you made my day!

I went with gold/brass accents to match the gold buttons on the blazer.

Whateley just flops wherever he feels like it.
"I'm tired of being walked on."
It's true, he blends into the carpet.

Hehe such a cute octopus pose 😁. Love the red leather blazer! Lise
ReplyDeleteTechnically a coat, that is. Swooning still. Lise
ReplyDeleteFabulous colours, such a joyful outfit!
ReplyDeletecats are so weird! xxx
I rather like the jacket, even if you are going to send it to Limbo! It works well with the bright colours. I'm beginning to think those kittens know that they feature in your blog, so they are dreaming up new poses to get on the page! What Barnabas lacks in stripes, he makes up for in contortions.
ReplyDeleteBuilding on Bushlady’s comment…Barnabas and Whateley have effortlessly glided into their starring roles. ;-) Octokitty makes his debut!
ReplyDeleteYour outfit colors are simply inspiring!
Leaving this comment to go and read your next post because I noticed it was a Mom Day!
Cheers, Laurie
