I find that if I keep a large portion of my weekly intake the same and full of good foods(breakfast and lunch), then I have a bit more room for treats and higher calorie items. <br /><br />Yes, the volume is still amazing to me - I really do eat all of that! I do a modified Core: I have my 35 flex points, and my 28 Maintenance points, and I only track non-Core items now.
