I had to dash home for Book Club, so at least I didn't get sweaty on the way home.
The office was full of people with two lunch meetings. I had to leave one to go to another!
I found myself wanting more short-sleeved light tops to layer under this cotton suit.
I went without the jacket briefly in the morning, after my walk to work.
It's quite the print-mix, isn't it? Snake print and leopard, together at last.Incognito.
Someone on the street hollered, "I love your suit!" at me, and many of my coworkers were enthusiastic.
Hot kitties:I found Barnabas sprawled out on the tiles last night.

Hot kitties:

This suit has always been spectacular to my eyes. :-) I chuckled at your mixing of the animals and then immediately thought of our older son. He is a pattern mixer and takes whatever shirt and tie are next on the rack or in the closet. Same goes for pants. It is because of you that I became comfortable mixing patterns. :-)
ReplyDeleteAnyway, the vivid color of the suit is a delight, and the flat heeled shoes look super comfortable. I can imagine this was a good outfit for a busy day! Cheers, Laurie
Oh, I love that your son is a pattern mixer! I would not have done this top with the suit maybe 5-6 years ago, but now it makes total sense to me.
DeleteIt was an excellent outfit for all day long...
That was lovely to get compliments on the suit. It is quite snazzy and the choice of blouse is genius as it is a creative one, nothing boring or obvious here. Loafers with the heel down? You mean my DH is in fashion when he treads down every pair he has owned of supportive slippers suitable for an older gent? I can see the cats appreciate the cool tiles in summer.
ReplyDeleteIt's always nice. Hmmm, not sure about your hubby - these are meant to be worn both ways!
DeleteThe tile helps me too - it feels great on the bare feet.
