80s Pink and Turquoise

Time for a blast from the past - 80s style!
I had fun in this, and many compliments on my turquoise skirt. Everyone remembered back 1986 when suede skirts were what all the cool kids wore (I had a brown one).

  • Top - Forever 21, consignment; last seen here in November 2014 with red drama
  • Skirt - vintage 80s, thrifted; purchased here last week for $10.88
  • Boots - Marc; last worn here in February with blue and purple

I much prefer the pencil skirts of the 80s to the ones of today - the cut is different, more room in the hips.
Of course, that results in not as good of a butt shot, heh heh.

The stuff:
So happy with these black boots. This is probably their last wear before I pack 'em away for the sprint/summer.

Blue bling:
I converted the necklace to an earring. 'Cause that's how I roll.

  • Fulvia Ring - Wendy Brandes
  • Earring/pendant - gift from Janice/Tony from Mexico
  • Earring - local

I picked the pink camisole to layer under the top based on the pinks in the shell of the earring.

  1. I'm diggin' your web top too and the singular of earrings. I remember now that I had a black suede skirt, but it was past suede-skirt-prime time. I love a roomy butt.
